Against the power structures of Ukraine Russia's Committee of Inquiry has launched criminal proceedings for injuring civilians in Donetsk. The official website of the Committee of Inquiry of the Russian Federation informs about it.

Another attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces took place on September 17: the Ukrainian army opened targeted fire with 120 mm mortars on civilian infrastructure and residential buildings on Vasilchenko Street, Kolkhoz Avenue in the Kuybyshevsky District of the city. Donetsk. Three civilians in Donetsk, 20-year-olds, 34-year-olds and 58-year-old men, were injured as a result of the shelling.

The ICR report emphasizes that criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 1, Article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of means and methods in armed conflict prohibited by the International Treaty of the Russian Federation).
