Press Service of The Ministry of the Interior of the PRC stated that NATO must renounce ideological prejudices and engage in the promotion of international and regional security.
“The Alliance must abandon ideological prejudices, the Cold War mentality and make every effort to stabilize international and regional security,” the department said in response to Russia's proposal on security guarantees.
The State Department has previously published draft agreements between the Russian Federation and the United States and NATO on security safeguards.
