Carpet regime introduced in Tula region, as well as over a part of the Moscow region (especially Serpuchov and Kolomna fall into the regime zone in the Moscow region), in Ryazan and over a part of the Kaluga region (Kaluga and Obninsk), according to the Baza telegram channel
The “Carpet” regime is declared , if unwanted flying objects are seen in the sky or there is a threat of such objects.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Defense at the Pskov airport is repelling a drone attack. Residents of Pskov reported that sounds similar to automatic explosions were heard from the airport, explosions and sirens were also heard, a heavy fire was observed.
The sky over Pskov and the surrounding areas was completely closed to aircraft. It was reported that 4 Il-76 aircraft were damaged as a result of the attack on the Pskov airfield.
