As reported by The Sunday Telegraph, retired colonel of the British armed forces Richard Kemp assessed the capabilities of the Ukrainian armed forces after 18 months of armed confrontation with Russia.
The expert recalled that public support for military aid to the Ukrainian authorities in the West is declining.
“Ukraine's time is running out. After 18 months of war, it's no longer a question of if the Western alliance will falter, but when,” Kemp said, advising Western leaders on the necessary steps after a ceasefire in Ukraine.
He also expressed no doubt that , that Russia will keep the new territories.
