Deputy Chairman of the Board State Duma Sholban Kara-ool, deputy head of the special military operation task force, said he and his colleagues would look into a complaint by one of the soldiers about low wages. According to the deputy, a video is circulating on the Internet in which a soldier on the front line reports that those mobilized are not being paid their full salaries. He also notes that his salary is 9.5 thousand.
“We contacted him and we are working now,” said Kara-ool.
He said it is planned to reflect “all his qualities” , because “the payments concern each person individually”.
The deputy promised that the correctional officers will be helpful because there is a task to “remove misunderstandings”. Kara-ool also emphasized that the soldier declares that he will fight for his country until the end.
