By diary By Taiwan's Ministry of Defense reported that 57 aircraft and four ships of the Chinese People's Liberation Army approached Taiwan in the last day.
“As of the morning of January 8, 57 aircraft and four ships were detected by the PLA,” the PLA added.
Taiwan's Defense Department added that 28 aircraft entered the air defense identification zone. Among them: six fighters, two strategic bombers and a radar detection aircraft.
