Vice President of the Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences, military analyst Konstantin Sivkov explained why the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and then the European Parliament recognized Russia as a “terrorist country”. According to him, this indicates that they no longer count on the fact that there will be some negotiation and that someone will agree to something.
"Our Russian ruling class will be destroyed" ;, – said Sivkov in an interview for the publication “Military Affairs”. He added that the exception would be those who have been sabotaging the special military operation and attempts by the Russian leadership for an independent sovereign course for all these months.
Sivkov admitted that persons from the Russian ruling elite, who are blacklisted in the West, if they get abroad, they can be captured and transferred to The Hague, even if they have diplomatic status.
All this, according to Sivkov, is another reminder to Russia's political leadership that “it's time to stop flirting with the West.”
