Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu spoke on the phone with his third foreign counterpart today.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced in a press release that a conversation took place with British Defense Minister Ben Wallace. Earlier, Shoigu spoke with the heads of the defense ministries of France and Turkey.
