Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in v during an interview with journalists, Sergey Ryabkov told journalists that Moscow is not willing to break diplomatic relations with Washington.
“We would not like such a development… The break in diplomatic relations is a signal that there is no political resource left, we just don't need it, Ryabkov said.
The diplomat also emphasized that the American side does not express any intention to reach such a breakthrough.
