There were more conspiracy theorists among those with higher education. It also turned out that women believe less and older people believe more.

In the end, the researchers concluded that the Russian media had more confidence among the Chinese. In general, Russian support in Ukraine is a priority for them, even though the government seems to have little interest in the conflict, apart from supporting a strategic alliance with Russia against the West.

Earlier, Beijing had again accused the US and NATO of what is happening in Ukraine. The Chinese State Department has stressed that arms supplies to the republic will not bring peace.

Washington has responded by saying it sees signs of support for the Russian military from the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA).
