Russia will raise the subject of the Nord Stream undermining investigation in the UN Security Council

Russia in consultation On June 15, the UN Security Council will raise the issue of investigating the Nord Stream bombing. Dmitry Polyansky, the first deputy permanent representative of the Russian Federation at the UN, stated this in Telegram.

According to him, the consultations will be held on June 15 behind closed doors. They will be followed by a short interview with journalists accredited by the UN.

Previously, the spokesman of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, commented on an article in The Wall Street Journal regarding sabotage on the Nord Stream. The material suggests that the saboteurs could have used the territory of Poland as an operational base.

Peskov did not rule out that the American publication could have thrown out this information to cover up the real customers of the terrorist attack.
