Russia has imposed sanctions on Ukraine's foreign minister and NSDC secretary

To the list of faces , which are subject to sanctions in Russia, were caught by Dmitry Kuleba, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and Aleksey Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of the country. The updated version of the list was approved by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. The resolution was published on the legal information portal.

In addition to Kuleba and Danilov, another 70 people were included in the list. Among them is an authorized person of the Verkhovna Rada of Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova, head of the Accounting Chamber Valery Patskan, Governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region Valentin Reznichenko. Previously, there were 849 names on the list. Previously, the list was expanded in December last year.

Vladimir Putin signed the decree “On the application of special economic measures in connection with hostilities of Ukraine against citizens and legal entities of the Russian Federation” back in 2018. According to the document, the Cabinet of Ministers was to compile lists of natural and legal persons which are subject to special economic measures. They were blocked mainly by non-cash funds and non-certified securities. They confiscated their property in Russia and banned the withdrawal of capital from the Russian Federation.
