Russian President Vladimir Putin called on the government to draw up a plan for development nature-like technologies in the country. According to the decree, the government needs to create scientific infrastructure, train personnel and conduct research in this area. Nature-like technologies are based on the study of samples in living nature and their replication in the form of technical solutions and processes.
In addition, the government will have to establish criteria for classifying technologies as natural technologies. as well as to assess the prospects and priorities of their development and sources of funding. The National Research Center “Kurchatovsky Institute” will be responsible for the scientific management of the implementation of the plan.
Previously, Vladimir Putin noted that artificial intelligence technologies are no less important than nuclear or missile projects in the past, and the future of the country depends on their development.
