Senator Alexey Pushkov commented on the Telegram channel the statement of the ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom, Vadim Prystaik, made in one of the Ukrainian media, that Moscow should give Kyiv “at least” a third of the property of the USSR abroad.

In his comment, the senator challenged the Ukrainian diplomat , to be consistent when formulating claims.

“Strange and illogical demand of Kyiv. Kyiv can be offered to return to Russia a third of the $104 billion we paid as a debt to the USSR,” Pushkov recalled.

< p>Earlier it was announced that the EC is considering various options to seize the property of the Russian Federation and its citizens located abroad for the purpose of transfer to Ukraine authorities for the purpose of recovery after the end of the special operation.
