Businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin commented on the news that a group of Serbian and pro-Ukrainian activists demanded the opening of criminal proceedings against Wagner PMC for allegedly recruiting Serbian citizens to participate in a special operation in Ukraine.

The founder of PMC “Wagner”, according to Concord's press service, he recalled that Ukraine recruited citizens of Poland and Bulgaria to participate in the conflict, but did not write a statement about it.
“And I think they have every right to do that. The more they send, the more we will kill them,” Prigozhin said in a press release.
At the same time, the businessman emphasized that he does not recruit Serbian citizens because people of my conscience come to Wagner PMC.
Prigozhin also noted that he is not opposed to initiating proceedings against him. “Besides, if you succeed in imprisoning me, I'll be happy, because then I can volunteer for the Wagner PMC,” added the businessman.
