First Deputy Permanent Representative Russia at the UN, Dmitry Polyansky, commenting on the developments surrounding the Black Sea grain initiative, said that Moscow had not received any new proposals on this topic.
The Russian diplomat talks about the statements of US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken that Washington allegedly “did everything possible” to resolve Russian claims, he noted that Moscow had not received any proposals.
“Either Blinken was misinformed, or he is deliberately distorting the facts,” Polyansky emphasized.
