Dmitry Peskov urged officials to switch to plain Russian when communicating with the public

Officers must speak to the population in plain Russian. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov expressed this opinion at the Territory of Meanings forum.
According to him, politicians often sin against clericalism and speak in “bird language”. People are upset by their speeches, for example on television.
“And I don't like that,” said the press secretary of the President of Russia.
Peskov. is convinced that officials should learn to speak plain Russian so that they can be easily rehearsed.
