Kremlin representative Dmitry Peskov he said that the criminal case of armed rebellion against PMC founder “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin would be withdrawn.
“The criminal proceedings against Prigozhin would be withdrawn, he himself would go to Belarus. I cannot answer what he will do there,” said Peskov.
The criminal case against Prigozhin became known last night.Under Article 279 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on organizing an armed uprising, he faced 12 to 20 years in prison.
