At a meeting with foreign journalists, the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, announced the advance of the republic's troops towards Donetsk.
At the same time, he called the situation on the front tense.
“We are systematically moving forward and the tasks we face , our military units fill them every day,” said the head of the LPR.
Pasechnik added that the units of the Ministry of Interior of the LPR act together with the units of the DLR and representatives of the Chechen Republic with the support of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
