Head of CEC Ella Pamfilova she said she had not yet met with President Vladimir Putin. The reason was the tragic events in Perm, where eight people died in the shooting at the university.
On Monday morning, Timur Bekmansurov, a student at Perm State University, started firing in the university building. As a result, 8 people died and more than 20 were injured.
On his page, the young man left a note stating that he had been preparing for the crime for a long time. He considered his former school, shopping malls and train station to be other targets of the attack.
Bekmansurov himself resisted and was seriously injured in custody. He later died in the intensive care unit.
