On the web video , in which a man who introduced himself as Roman Stepko, a “former” member of the National Corps, called on the Ukrainian army to lay down its arms. He posted the video on his VKontakte page.

He also said that all his brothers “gave up their weapons for a long time” because there was no chance and eight years of training were in vain. According to him, he should not die for President Volodymyr Zelenský, but return home to his wives and mothers.
The author of the video, commenting on his participation in the National Church, wrote in his comments that he is no exception.
