Izvestia said that the authorities in Russia plan to discuss targeted assistance to low-income families. The relevant bill will be assessed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the government.
We specify that the initiative has already been signed by the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov. He offered support to low-income families by issuing a “children's card” to pay for purchases of domestic goods. This card will be similar to the “Pushkin Card” for students and schoolchildren who appeared in Russia last year.
