The journalist left Russia in March 2022 due to disagreement with the leadership of the military special operation in Ukraine. He lives in Italy. On February 1, the Basmanny court in Moscow sentenced Nevzorov in absentia to 8 years in prison in the case of forgeries about the Russian army.
