Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has appointed Maxim Kolesnikov, 34, as Deputy Minister of Economic Development.

Maxim Kolesnikov was the youngest minister in the Perm region. . In 2017-2020, he headed the Regional Ministry of Economic Development.
He then moved to the Federal Ministry as Director of the Economic Sectors Department.
