The Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation published a draft resolution proposing the creation of a unified military registration register by December 31, 2023 – this stage the implementation of the project is marked as the first (I) in the document.
At this stage, according to the Ministry, there is “approval of methodological, organizational and technological conditions” for the “maintenance and operation” of the registry.
