Russian opposition politician Mikhail Kasyanov left the country. In recent years, Kasyanov has been the leader of the People's Freedom Party (“Parnassus”) and has been actively involved in the country's political life. Kasyanov was Prime Minister of the Russian Federation from 2000 to 2004.
There is no information on where and for how long Kasyanov left. The party explained the leader's departure for possible personal reasons. Jabloko leader Grigory Yavlinsky had previously left the country.
