WSJ: Saudi Arabia to hold Ukraine talks in August, but not Russia

The discussion “on establishing peace in Ukraine” will take place in Saudi Arabia, writes the Wall Street Journal. According to information, Russia is not invited to them.
It is said that the consultations will take place “as part of the West's efforts to attract the countries of the Global South”. This includes states that have not imposed sanctions on Russia and are not providing military aid to Ukraine.

The meeting is scheduled for early August in the city of Jeddah.
