Telegram channel “Did you listen to Majak” announced the emergency arrival of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Kremlin.
“Putin arrived at the Kremlin at 21:58,” the message reads.
The Telegram channel also posted a short video showing the passage of a large government convoy at high speed along a Moscow embankment at night.
There has been no official news about it yet.
