President France Emmanuel Macron believes that Western countries need to “find the strength and courage” to build a dialogue with Russia. He said this during a speech at the Munich Security Conference.
Macron pointed out that geography cannot be changed and Russia remains part of Europe. According to him, there will be no complete peace until the “Russian question” is resolved with a reasonable approach.
“We need the strength and courage to restart dialogue (with Russia) to find a sustainable solution,” he said.
