The refusal of civilians in Severodonetsk to leave the premises of the chemical plant “Azot” was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration (OVA) Sergei Gaidai. RBC writes about this with reference to the Ukrainian media.
Gaidai said that the people of Severodonetsk, who are located on the territory of the hip company, were allegedly offered evacuation many times, but did not want to. According to him, there are 568 civilians, including 38 children.

According to her, there were about 180 people with her, including 20 children. People, she said, are afraid to leave the place where they are hiding from the shells.
