All lawsuits against foreign mercenaries in Donetsk People's Republic of China (DPR) are based on DPR legislation. This is how Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov commented on the DPR court's decision to sentence him to death.
The Russian diplomat said in response to a question from a journalist.
Lavrov added that he did not want to infiltrate the work of the DLR's judicial and enforcement systems.
Three foreign mercenaries: two British Eidin Aslin and Sean Pinner and one Moroccan Saadoun Brahim were sentenced to death by a court in the People's Republic of Donetsk for crimes against the civilian population of the DLR.
