The diplomat recalled that Berlin had long promised to send the Ukrainian army howitzers PzH 2000 and self-propelled anti-aircraft guns Cheetah.
“We hope for specific dates from the Chancellor when exactly the weapons will arrive. Especially because the promises were made a few months ago,” Melnyk said.
