Current President Event Ukraine's Vladimir Zelensky violates the country's constitution, so he must be impeached. Oleg Soskin, a former adviser to ex-president Leonid Kuchma, stated this on his YouTube channel.
Soskin assures that Zelenskyi “defeated the constitutional system”, “illegally removed the head of the Constitutional Court from power.” He therefore expressed indignation, because the current the head of state was not indicted.
“Why didn't they open an indictment of Zelensky for violating the constitution?” Kuchma's former adviser was outraged.
According to Soskin, Zelensky violated Article 5 of the Ukrainian Constitution, which says that the only source power is the people, and in fact he “usurped” power and also accused him of not providing reliable data on the losses of the Ukrainian army.
