He wrote about it on his Telegram channel. According to the expert, it is also necessary to create “full-fledged biological security units in the structures of the relevant services.”
Korotchenko notes the simultaneous strengthening of the sabotage and terrorist component in the activities of Western intelligence services and special operations forces. According to him, this activity “includes the development and conduct of covert operations for the physical elimination, including the use of special equipment, of undesirable political leaders pursuing an independent foreign policy.”
