Russian Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev introduces new leaders staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Magadan region and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol said that the lack of personnel of the Ministry of the Interior is critical, but said that the employees are obliged to do everything to protect the rights and freedoms of Russians.
In a statement the head of the Ministry of the Interior noted that the lack of personnel is very large and, in his opinion, it has already become critical. Kolokoltsev said that 5,000 employees have left the internal affairs authorities in the past month and the situation is now “difficult”. According to the minister, it is also difficult in the Magadan region. He added that there are also not enough investigators.
Kolokoltsev also emphasized that the Ministry of the Interior is obliged to do everything to minimize these risks, which is primarily necessary to satisfy the population's demand for the protection of rights and freedoms established by Russian law .
