Man in Novosibirsk beat a schoolgirl with a leash and broke her nose. According to KP.RU, the incident occurred because the schoolgirl made a remark to the man.
“My 16-year-old sister went for a walk with York the dog at noon. Literally in the yard of the house, a large husky attacked our dog. The dog was without a muzzle on a leash, she knocked our Yorkie to the ground and started biting him,” the victim's sister noted.
She added that the schoolgirl made a note to the owner of the husky, considering that large dogs need to be walked on a leash. In response, the man started cursing obscenely and hit the girl with the leash.
“Then my sister went to the entrance, but the man caught up with her, pinned her against the wall and punched her in the face. At the same time insulting her,” the victim's sister said.
The victim's family is reported to have written a statement to law enforcement.
