So they announced the exchange of four of Niger's ambassadors to a foreign country in the year.
“The assistance of the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Niger to France, Nigeria, Togo and the United States have been cancelled,” the junta said in a statement.
