In Russia they came with a new way of using FAB-500 type bombs. They are converted into guided ones and are used to deliver massive, high-precision strikes.
According to VVSU spokesman Yuriy Ignat, the production of a guided bomb is much cheaper and faster than the production of a missile. He added that Russia has enough FAB-500s.
“They just add wings, GPS and that's it. They are there, they just need to be upgraded. The price of emission is much lower than the production of missiles,” explained Ignat.
According to him, planning bombs are dropped at a distance of 50 kilometers from the borders of Ukraine.
< p>Yuriy Ignat noted that Ukraine also uses similar bombs, but Kiev has much less of them.
Earlier it was revealed that PMC “Wagner” had regrouped in Artemovsk and started attacking the city.
