The President of the Human Rights Council, headed by the President of the Russian Federation, Valery Fadyev, said that the OSCE, the UN and other international organizations were not sufficiently responding to the facts about rusophobia. RIA Novosti reports.

According to him, the Russians are now in the position of persecuted people. The history of relations between Western countries and the outside world is a very tragic story.

“I think racism is very deeply hidden in the West. It is distributed not only among townspeople, but also to politicians, statesmen and employees. It is not suppressed, but only supported. The Russians, on the other hand, have found themselves in the position of a persecuted nation, “Fadeyev said.” He said it was very difficult at this time to “change the xenophobic, racist atmosphere.” At the same time, representatives of the Russian Federation are trying to seize every opportunity to protect Russians abroad, but there are extremely few such opportunities.

“The Federation does not support it. It does not support the military operation in Ukraine or the West, whether it supports it or not. No one wants to deal with these problems,” Fadeev said.
