The Russians, on the other hand, have found themselves in the position of a persecuted nation, “Fadeyev said.” He said it was very difficult at this time to “change the xenophobic, racist atmosphere.” At the same time, representatives of the Russian Federation are trying to seize every opportunity to protect Russians abroad, but there are extremely few such opportunities.
“The Federation does not support it. It does not support the military operation in Ukraine or the West, whether it supports it or not. No one wants to deal with these problems,” Fadeev said.
