Example – Commander of the Ground Forces of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Boldyrev, commented on the statements of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, who expressed dissatisfaction with the criticism directed at him. Earlier, Boldyrev said, for example, that Kadyrov, as a civilian, has no right to criticize Colonel-General Alexander Lapin, the first deputy commander-in-chief of the ground forces. The head of Chechnya replied that he himself was a colonel general, had experience and results in his work.

In an interview with RBC, Boldyrev said that “no one has demoted him anywhere”; and that he commanded the North Caucasus region, he was “moved to an equivalent position and commanded the Volga-Ural region.”

“For some reason, he did not remember the year 2008 and the forcing of Georgia to peace,” the general added.

He also expressed his opinion again that Kadyrov has no right to criticize Lapin – “commander of the district army, commander of a group of troops on the front, colonel general, hero of Russia. ” According to Boldyrev, “only two people can criticize Lapin -” that is the minister and the president of our state. He described the situation as a “secret commotion” that may be “encouraged from elsewhere.”

“Everything else, what about me he said – “God be his judge,” concluded Boldyrev, emphasizing that he had no intention of entering into the controversy.
