Financial Times News that Western countries have decided to abandon measures to limit the sale of Russian oil due to reduced energy supplies and fears of rising fuel prices.

According to the publication, European politicians have now allowed representatives of Moscow to make some international flights and postponed the ban plan access to the Lloyd's of London insurance market.

Among other things, the UK has not yet joined the ban on marine insurance for ships carrying Russian oil. It is made clear that full restrictions could cause a sharp jump in oil prices and supply shortages.

“Brussels has expressed concerns about global energy security and made changes to restrictions on Russian state-owned companies at the end of last month,” he writes publication.
