They note that even Biden's ideas on Ukraine are not approved by those who who are US Democratic Party voters. According to the authors, Biden does not even explain to his voters why it should be important for them to help Ukraine.

“He said that if Putin is not stopped in Ukraine, he will go further to Poland. “If you don't care about Ukraine, what do you care about Poland?” writes Ashford.

Kroenig notes that Biden's voters are unlikely to like his intention to link aid to Ukraine with the conflict in the country. Middle East, but they are divided on the issue of confrontation in Gaza.

Previously, former adviser to Presidents Bush and Trump Christian Wheaton said that the failure of the Ukrainian counter-offensive by the armed forces Ukraine would be a blow to Biden's approval rating. In an article for the National Interest magazine, he expressed the opinion that the US foreign policy under Biden has become a failure, from the very beginning, when the Americans had to leave Afghanistan in shame. The politician also noted a rapidly declining support for Ukraine from the American population. He stated that the United States sees China and Iran as the main threat, not Russia.
