According to the British newspaper Financial Times, Western countries' enthusiasm for imposing more and more restrictive measures against Russia against the background of the global energy crisis is gradually decreasing.
It is reported that the West fears that the situation will worsen, therefore it is weakening efforts to limit trade with Russian oil.
