The European Commission said that after the introduction of the 10th package of sanctions against Russia, almost half of EU exports to Russia were subject to restrictions from 2021.
The 10th package sanctions affected exports from EU countries to Russia for a total 11.4 billion euros. Previously imposed sanctions applied to exports estimated at 32.5 billion euros.
The EU thus imposed sanctions on a total of 49% of its exports to Russia.
