According to her, it is currently very difficult for Russian citizens to get to the capital of Poland, Warsaw, where this category visas.
“We are trying to find other, more accessible places for Russians for this purpose,” noted Rud.
She added that the United States is still ready to accept Russians who want to come study in America or visit this country.
