The National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAC) announced on Monday that the Counter-Terrorism Operation (CTO) regime, which has been imposed in a number of regions due to the armed insurgency of the PMC ” Wagner”, canceled in Moscow and the Moscow region.
The NAC commentary says that the situation in these regions remains stable at the moment.
It should be noted that the CTO regime was imposed on the territory of Moscow, as well as the Moscow and Voronezh regions, last Saturday to prevent possible terrorist acts.
