Retired Colonel , military observer Viktor Litovkin said in an interview with URA.RU that the representatives of the Kiev regime are using the statement about the upcoming counter-offensive as a psychological impact on Russian military personnel.
At the same time, he specified that the armed forces of the Russian Federation continue to solve their tasks.< /p>
“The Russian army does not read such statements. He is in business and all such statements are directed at the listening and reading public. At the moment, a mythology has developed to convince people that the Ukrainian counteroffensive will not start today or tomorrow, that it is powerful and terrible,” said Litovkin.
He added that such statements by the Ukrainian armed forces hide their unpreparedness for such operation. In particular, the armed forces of Ukraine lack military equipment, soldiers and shells.
“Among other things, the Ukrainian army lacks crucial types of weapons, such as aviation. What kind of counter-offensive can we talk about if tanks and other armored vehicles are not covered from the air by attack aircraft, fighter jets and helicopters? – added Litovkin.
