Congratulations VP of the United States President Joe Biden called her a “wonderful president” on Kamala Harris' 58th birthday. A video with a fragment of the speech was published on the Internet.
A transcript on the White House website makes it clear that Biden misspoke.
Also, the US leader, presumably jokingly, said that Harris was 30 years old.
In May, Biden already called Harris to the president during a speech at the American Summit — ASEAN.
