According to the ICR report, on April 25, Ukraine shelled the territory of the village Nekhoteevka. According to reports, there is damage to residential houses and cars in the settlement. The chairman of the ICRC ordered to record and investigate the state of emergency and also to identify and prosecute persons involved in the crime.
The department also states that the municipality has already been shelled from the Ukrainian side and these facts have already been opened and criminal cases investigate.
